Dr Muktari Mohammed Musa is the founder and Managing Director of MACC Projects. An astute manager of human and material resources, He is a consummate professional in the Real Estate Development and Construction industry with over 22 years of experience in both public and private construction.

As one of the major proponents of Target Value Design in Nigeria, Dr Muktari believes in maximizing value, minimizing cost without sacrificing quality. He has managed various construction projects worth over 147 Billion Naira across different parts of the country. He is currently the Project Director of Brains and Hammers Nigeria, where he oversees the constructions of over 6000 luxury and affordable homes in Abuja.

Dr Muktari has a Bachelor of Science of Degree in Quantity Surveying from Ahmadu Bello University Zaria, Kaduna, a Master of Science Degree in Project Management Construction from Nottingham Trent University, UK and a Doctor of Philosophy Degree (PhD) in Project Management Construction, from Nottingham Trent University UK. He is a Chartered Member, Nigerian Institute of Quantity Surveyors (MNIQS); a Registered Member, Quantity Surveyors Registration Board of Nigeria (QSRBN) and a Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute of Builders in UK (MCIOB).

Engr. Umar brings over 16 years of experience and expertise in urban construction to the management team of MACC Projects. He has worked on remarkable projects including Supervision of construction, Nigerian Cultural Centre and Millennium Tower Abuja, the Design and construction supervision of 220 bed hospital for Utako District (FCDA project) Abuja, the Design and construction supervision of Reliance Hospital Garki Area 11 Abuja, the Design of Seven Storey Commercial Building for Kwankwaso oil Ltd at plot 22 Sector Centre b, Abuja, the Design and construction supervision of 220 industrial complex for Avantica Gas Energy Ltd at plot 630 Idu Industrial Area, Abuja

Umar is a graduate of Abubakar Tafawa Balewa University Bauchi. B.Eng (Hons) Civil Engineering, A registered member of the Council for the Regulation of Engineering in Nigeria (COREN), and Nigerian Society of Engineers (NSE).



As a Financial Analyst, who has completed the CFA level 3 exams, Malliya brings over seven years of financial management experience to the management team of MACC Projects. A thoroughbred expert in financial planning and budgeting, she plays a major role in budget preparation, reviewing and analysing financial information for ongoing projects to meet up with set targets cost.

She is also in charge of reviewing costs against projections, preparing preliminary reports and presenting risk mitigation strategies in line with pre-set profit and budget goals for projects.

Malliya has a Master’s Degree in Risk Management from the University of Nottingham, Uk. She is also a First Class graduate of UCTI/APIIT Malaysia in affiliation with Staffordshire University, in a Dual Certificate Degree of Accounting and Finance.
